A lot of parks quote a lower monthly rate and then add the electric bill on top. Ours is one price: your site, electric, water, sewer and Wi-Fi.
Your 2nd month is free for new monthly guests who move in before January 1, 2027. Application and approval required ($60 application fee).

Yes. At our Wylie park the first 2 dogs are free, then $25 each. Every site at our Rockwall park is pet friendly.
