Monthly rent includes utilities and Wi-Fi. Every site has full hookups with 20/30/50-amp power and is 30 ft wide by 75 ft deep. 10 of our sites are pull-throughs.
How to move in
- Apply online. It takes about 10 minutes; the application fee is $60 ($90 for 2 adults).
- Get approved. No deposit, and we usually approve applications within an hour.
- Move in and relax.

- Up to 2 dogs stay free; each additional dog is $25.
- Our 5 premium sites are fenced in around your RV, each with its own gate.
- Gated entry and security cameras.
- Full hookups at every site. There are no laundry or shower facilities on site.
